Ingredients
- 💧 Water – 1 cup
- 🧈 Unsalted Butter – 1/2 cup
- 🌾 All-purpose Flour – 1 cup
- 🥚 Eggs – 4 large
- 🍫 Chocolate – for glaze
- 🍦 Cream – for filling
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat water and butter in a saucepan until butter melts.
- 🌾 Add flour and stir vigorously until a dough forms.
- 🥚 Remove from heat and beat in eggs, one at a time, until smooth.
- 🥄 Pipe dough onto baking sheet and bake until golden brown.
- 🍦 Fill with cream and glaze with chocolate.
