Ingredients
- 🥐 Puff pastry – store-bought or homemade
- 🍫 Dark chocolate – batons or squares
- 🥚 Egg – for egg wash
- 💧 Water – for egg wash
- ✨ Sugar – for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- 🔪 Cut puff pastry into rectangles.
- 🍫 Place chocolate batons on one side of each rectangle and roll up.
- 🥚 Whisk egg with a little water to create an egg wash.
- ✨ Brush the pastries with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar (optional).
