Ingredients

  • 🥐 Puff pastry – store-bought or homemade
  • 🍫 Dark chocolate – batons or squares
  • 🥚 Egg – for egg wash
  • 💧 Water – for egg wash
  • ✨ Sugar – for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  • 🔪 Cut puff pastry into rectangles.
  • 🍫 Place chocolate batons on one side of each rectangle and roll up.
  • 🥚 Whisk egg with a little water to create an egg wash.
  • ✨ Brush the pastries with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar (optional).
  • 🔥 Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
