Ingredients

  • 🐔 Chicken or Paneer – 1 lb, cubed
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, pureed
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Ginger – 1 inch, grated
  • 🌿 Curry Powder – 2 tbsp
  • 🥥 Coconut Milk – 1 can

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger in oil until fragrant.
  • 🍅 Add tomato puree and curry powder, cook for 5 mins.
  • 🐔 Add chicken/paneer and coconut milk, simmer for 20 mins.
  • 🍚 Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
