Ingredients
- 🐔 Chicken or Paneer – 1 lb, cubed
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – 2 medium, pureed
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Ginger – 1 inch, grated
- 🌿 Curry Powder – 2 tbsp
- 🥥 Coconut Milk – 1 can
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger in oil until fragrant.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree and curry powder, cook for 5 mins.
- 🐔 Add chicken/paneer and coconut milk, simmer for 20 mins.
- 🍚 Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
