Ingredients

- 🍶 Yogurt – 2 tbsp
- 🥄 Sugar – 1 tsp
- 🧪 Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
- 🧂 Salt – 1/2 tsp
- 🧈 Melted butter or ghee – for brushing
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and yogurt.
- 💧 Gradually add warm water and knead into a soft, pliable dough. Let it rest for at least 2 hours.
- ♨️ Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into an oval or round shape.
- 🔥 Cook on a hot tawa or skillet until bubbles appear, then flip and cook the other side.
- ✨ Brush with melted butter or ghee and serve hot.
