Ingredients

  • 🌾 All-purpose flour – 2 cups

  • 🍶 Yogurt – 2 tbsp
  • 🥄 Sugar – 1 tsp
  • 🧪 Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
  • 🧂 Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • 🧈 Melted butter or ghee – for brushing

Instructions

  • 🥣 In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and yogurt.
  • 💧 Gradually add warm water and knead into a soft, pliable dough. Let it rest for at least 2 hours.
  • ♨️ Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into an oval or round shape.
  • 🔥 Cook on a hot tawa or skillet until bubbles appear, then flip and cook the other side.
  • ✨ Brush with melted butter or ghee and serve hot.
