Ingredients
- ๐พ All-purpose flour โ 2 cups
- ๐ง Warm water โ 1 cup
- ๐ถ Yogurt โ 2 tbsp
- ๐ฅ Sugar โ 1 tsp
- ๐งช Baking powder โ 1/2 tsp
- ๐ง Salt โ 1/2 tsp
- ๐ง Melted butter or ghee โ for brushing
Instructions
- ๐ฅฃ In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and yogurt.
- ๐ง Gradually add warm water and knead into a soft, pliable dough. Let it rest for at least 2 hours.
- โจ๏ธ Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into an oval or round shape.
- ๐ฅ Cook on a hot tawa or skillet until bubbles appear, then flip and cook the other side.
- โจ Brush with melted butter or ghee and serve hot.
