Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🥓 Bacon – 4 strips, cooked
- 🌿 Scallions – chopped
- 🍶 Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🍳 Scramble eggs in a pan and set aside.
- 🍚 Stir-fry cooked rice until heated through.
- 🥓 Add bacon and scrambled eggs to the rice.
- 🍶 Drizzle with soy sauce and toss everything together.
- 🌿 Garnish with scallions and serve hot.
