Ingredients
- 🍜 Yakisoba noodles – 2 packets
- 🥩 Thinly sliced pork – 100g
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, sliced
- 🥕 Carrot – 1 small, julienned
- 🥬 Cabbage – 1/4 head, shredded
- 🍶 Yakisoba sauce – 4 tbsp
- 🫘 Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
- 🌱 Green onions – for garnish
Instructions
- 🍜 Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook until browned.
- 🧅 Add onion, carrot, and cabbage. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
- 🍜 Add cooked noodles and yakisoba sauce. Toss well to combine.
- 🌱 Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
