Ingredients

  • 🥩 Wagyu steak – cubed or sliced
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 large, thinly sliced
  • 🥔 Potato – 1 medium, cubed
  • 🥕 Carrot – 1 medium, sliced
  • 🍛 Japanese curry roux – 2 blocks
  • 💧 Water – 2.5 cups
  • 🧄 Garlic – 1 clove, minced

Instructions

  • 🍳 Sear the 🥩 Wagyu cubes in a hot pan until browned, then set aside.
  • 🧅 Sauté the onions and garlic in the same pan until soft and caramelized.
  • 💧 Add carrots, potatoes, and water, then simmer until the vegetables are tender.
  • 🍛 Stir in the curry roux blocks until fully dissolved and the sauce thickens.
  • ✨ Return the steak to the pan, simmer briefly, and serve over warm steamed rice.
