Ingredients

  • 🥩 250g Ground lamb or chicken (Keema)
  • 🧅 1 Small onion – finely diced
  • 🧄 2 cloves Garlic – minced
  • 🍞 6 slices Toasted white bread
  • 🧀 2 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 🥬 4 leaves Crisp lettuce
  • 🍅 1 Tomato – sliced
  • 🧂 1 tsp Garam masala and salt to taste
  • 🧈 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  • 🍳 Sauté onions and garlic in a pan until fragrant, then add the keema and cook until browned.
  • 🧂 Stir in salt and garam masala, cooking until the meat is tender and the moisture has evaporated.
  • 🍞 Lightly toast the bread slices and spread a little butter on each one.
  • 🥪 Assemble the sandwich by layering keema, cheese, lettuce, and tomato between three slices of bread per serving.
  • 🔪 Secure with toothpicks, cut diagonally into triangles, and serve warm.
