Ingredients
- 🥩 250g Ground lamb or chicken (Keema)
- 🧅 1 Small onion – finely diced
- 🧄 2 cloves Garlic – minced
- 🍞 6 slices Toasted white bread
- 🧀 2 slices Cheddar cheese
- 🥬 4 leaves Crisp lettuce
- 🍅 1 Tomato – sliced
- 🧂 1 tsp Garam masala and salt to taste
- 🧈 2 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- 🍳 Sauté onions and garlic in a pan until fragrant, then add the keema and cook until browned.
- 🧂 Stir in salt and garam masala, cooking until the meat is tender and the moisture has evaporated.
- 🍞 Lightly toast the bread slices and spread a little butter on each one.
- 🥪 Assemble the sandwich by layering keema, cheese, lettuce, and tomato between three slices of bread per serving.
- 🔪 Secure with toothpicks, cut diagonally into triangles, and serve warm.
