Ingredients

  • 🍜 Noodles – 200g egg or rice noodles
  • 🥕 Carrots – 1 medium, julienned
  • 🫑 Bell peppers – 1 sliced into strips
  • 🥦 Broccoli – 1 cup florets
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🥢 Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  • 💧 Boil water and cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a large pan or wok and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • 🥦 Add carrots, peppers, and broccoli; stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  • 🍜 Toss the cooked noodles into the pan and pour soy sauce over them.
  • ✨ Mix everything thoroughly for 2 minutes and serve hot.
