Ingredients

  • 🥦 Mixed vegetables (cabbage, carrots, beans) – finely chopped
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌿 Green chilies – finely chopped
  • 🌽 Corn flour – 2 tbsp
  • 🍚 All-purpose flour – 2 tbsp
  • 🫙 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Red chili sauce – 1 tbsp
  • 🍅 Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
  • 🧅 Spring onions – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔪 Combine chopped vegetables with ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, corn flour, and all-purpose flour to form small balls.
  • 🔥 Deep fry the vegetable balls until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
  • 🧅 In a pan, sauté chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste until golden.
  • 🌶️ Add soy sauce, red chili sauce, and tomato ketchup. Stir well.
  • 🥘 Add the fried vegetable balls to the sauce and toss to coat evenly. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
