Ingredients

  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 💧 Water – as needed for thick batter
  • 🍳 Oil – for deep frying

Instructions

  • 🥣 Whisk gram flour, spices, ginger-garlic paste, and water in a bowl to create a thick, smooth batter.
  • 🐟 Add the fish pieces to the batter and ensure they are thoroughly coated.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a deep pan until it is hot enough for frying.
  • 🥘 Carefully drop the fish pieces into the oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  • ✨ Drain on paper towels and serve hot with mint chutney or lemon wedges.
