Ingredients

  • 🍦 Vanilla bean paste – 1 tbsp for deep flavor

  • 🌱 Cashew butter – 2 tbsp for extra creaminess

Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine chilled coconut milk, maple syrup, and cashew butter in a high-speed blender.
  • 🍦 Add the vanilla bean paste and a pinch of salt, then blend until perfectly smooth.
  • 🧊 Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container or an ice cream maker.
  • 🥄 If freezing manually, stir the mixture every 30 minutes to keep it smooth and airy.
  • ✨ Freeze for at least 4 hours and serve with fresh fruit or vegan chocolate chips.
