Ingredients
- 🍫 Dark Chocolate (70%+ cocoa) – 200g, finely chopped
- 🥛 Heavy Cream – 1/2 cup for a rich texture
- 🧈 Unsalted Butter – 1 tbsp, softened
- ☕ Instant Coffee Powder – 1/2 tsp to enhance chocolate flavor
- 🧂 Sea Salt – a small pinch
- 🍫 Cocoa Powder – for coating and dusting
Instructions
- 🥣 Place the finely chopped dark chocolate and coffee powder in a heat-proof bowl.
- 🔥 Heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer, then pour it over the chocolate.
- 🥄 Let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir gently until the mixture is completely smooth.
- ❄️ Refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours until it is firm enough to handle.
- ✨ Scoop into small balls, roll in cocoa powder, and finish with a pinch of sea salt.
