Ingredients

  • 🍕 Pizza Dough – 2 portions for a thicker base
  • 🍅 Pizza Sauce – 1 cup of herb-infused tomato sauce
  • 🧀 Mozzarella Cheese – 2 cups freshly shredded
  • 🌿 Dried Oregano – 1 tsp for seasoning
  • 🫒 Olive Oil – 1 tbsp for brushing the crust

Instructions

  • 🥖 Roll out the first portion of dough on a greased baking tray.
  • 🍅 Spread a thick layer of sauce and half the cheese over the base.
  • 🍕 Place the second dough layer on top and pinch the edges to seal.
  • 🔥 Brush with olive oil and bake at 425°F (220°C) until golden brown.
  • 🔪 Rest for five minutes before slicing to let the cheese set.
