Ingredients

  • 🥩 Lamb or beef – 500g cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 🧅 Red onion – 1 large, sliced
  • 🫑 Bell peppers – 2, chopped into chunks
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – 3, quartered
  • 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves minced
  • 🧂 Olive oil & spices – cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate meat in a bowl with olive oil, garlic, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
  • 🍢 Thread the marinated meat, onion, and bell peppers onto skewers.
  • 🔥 Preheat your grill to medium-high heat for a smoky char.
  • 🍖 Grill the skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until meat is juicy and slightly charred.
  • ✨ Serve hot with grilled tomatoes, flatbread, and a side of yogurt sauce.
