Ingredients
- 🍣 Fresh tuna – diced
- 🍞 Brioche bread – sliced
- 🧅 Red onion – finely minced
- 🌿 Fresh herbs (chives, parsley) – chopped

- 🥑 Avocado – diced (optional)
- 🌶️ Chili flakes – to taste (optional)
- 🫙 Olive oil – for drizzling

Instructions
- 🔪 Gently dice the fresh tuna into small, uniform pieces.
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix tuna with red onion, herbs, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes and avocado.
- 🍞 Lightly toast or grill brioche slices.
