Ingredients

  • 🍣 Fresh tuna – diced
  • 🍞 Brioche bread – sliced
  • 🧅 Red onion – finely minced
  • 🌿 Fresh herbs (chives, parsley) – chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – to taste
  • 🥑 Avocado – diced (optional)
  • 🌶️ Chili flakes – to taste (optional)
  • 🫙 Olive oil – for drizzling
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔪 Gently dice the fresh tuna into small, uniform pieces.
  • 🥣 In a bowl, mix tuna with red onion, herbs, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes and avocado.
  • 🍞 Lightly toast or grill brioche slices.
  • 🥄 Spoon tuna mixture onto brioche slices.
  • ✨ Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with extra herbs before serving.
