Ingredients
- 🍤 Shrimp – 1/2 lb, peeled and deveined
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, thinly sliced
- 🌶️ Dried Chili Peppers – 2-3, or chili flakes to taste
- 🌿 Olive Oil – 1/2 cup
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌿 Parsley – chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- 🧄 Heat olive oil in a small earthenware dish or skillet, add garlic and chili. Fry until garlic is golden.
- 🍤 Add shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
- 🧂 Season with salt to taste.
- 🌿 Garnish with chopped parsley.
- 🥖 Serve immediately with crusty bread for dipping.
