Ingredients

  • 🍤 Shrimp – 1/2 lb, peeled and deveined
  • 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, thinly sliced
  • 🌶️ Dried Chili Peppers – 2-3, or chili flakes to taste
  • 🌿 Olive Oil – 1/2 cup
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🌿 Parsley – chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • 🧄 Heat olive oil in a small earthenware dish or skillet, add garlic and chili. Fry until garlic is golden.
  • 🍤 Add shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
  • 🧂 Season with salt to taste.
  • 🌿 Garnish with chopped parsley.
  • 🥖 Serve immediately with crusty bread for dipping.
