Ingredients
- 🦪 Bouchot Mussels – 1 kg
- 🧅 Shallots – 2 finely chopped
- 🌿 Fresh Parsley – chopped
- 🍾 White Wine – 1 cup
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🍋 Lemon – 1/2 for juice
Instructions
- 🧼 Scrub and debeard the mussels.
- 🧅 Sauté shallots in butter until softened.
- 🍾 Add white wine and bring to a simmer.
- 🦪 Add mussels, cover, and cook until they open.
- 🌿 Stir in parsley and lemon juice. Serve immediately.
