Ingredients

  • 🦪 Bouchot Mussels – 1 kg
  • 🧅 Shallots – 2 finely chopped
  • 🌿 Fresh Parsley – chopped
  • 🍾 White Wine – 1 cup
  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1/2 for juice

Instructions

  • 🧼 Scrub and debeard the mussels.
  • 🧅 Sauté shallots in butter until softened.
  • 🍾 Add white wine and bring to a simmer.
  • 🦪 Add mussels, cover, and cook until they open.
  • 🌿 Stir in parsley and lemon juice. Serve immediately.
