Ingredients
- 🐟 Sushi-grade tuna – 200g, thinly sliced
- 🍋 Lemon – 1, freshly squeezed
- 🫒 Extra virgin olive oil – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Fresh herbs – parsley or chives, chopped
- 🧂 Sea salt & black pepper – to taste
- 🌶️ Chili flakes – a pinch (optional)
Instructions
- 🔪 Slice the fresh tuna into thin, uniform pieces using a very sharp knife.
- 🍽️ Arrange the tuna slices in a single layer on a chilled serving plate.
- 🍋 Drizzle the lemon juice and olive oil evenly over the fish.
- 🧂 Season lightly with sea salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately while cold.
