Ingredients

  • 🐟 Sushi-grade tuna – 200g, thinly sliced
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1, freshly squeezed
  • 🫒 Extra virgin olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Fresh herbs – parsley or chives, chopped
  • 🧂 Sea salt & black pepper – to taste
  • 🌶️ Chili flakes – a pinch (optional)

Instructions

  • 🔪 Slice the fresh tuna into thin, uniform pieces using a very sharp knife.
  • 🍽️ Arrange the tuna slices in a single layer on a chilled serving plate.
  • 🍋 Drizzle the lemon juice and olive oil evenly over the fish.
  • 🧂 Season lightly with sea salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately while cold.
