Ingredients
- 🍝 Casarecce pasta – 250g
- 🦞 Lobster tail – 1, cooked and chopped
- 🦐 Wild-caught prawns – 200g, peeled and deveined
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
- 🍅 Cherry tomatoes – 1 cup, halved
- 🌿 Fresh parsley – 1 tbsp, chopped
- 🍋 Lemon – 1/2, juiced
- 🫒 Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 🥘 Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the casarecce until al dente.
- 🔥 Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the prawns until they turn pink and opaque.
- 🧄 Add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes to the pan, cooking until tomatoes soften.
- 🦞 Stir in the chopped lobster, cooked pasta, and lemon juice, tossing gently to coat.
- ✨ Season with salt and pepper, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
