Ingredients

  • 🍝 Casarecce pasta – 250g
  • 🦞 Lobster tail – 1, cooked and chopped
  • 🦐 Wild-caught prawns – 200g, peeled and deveined
  • 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
  • 🍅 Cherry tomatoes – 1 cup, halved
  • 🌿 Fresh parsley – 1 tbsp, chopped
  • 🍋 Lemon – 1/2, juiced
  • 🫒 Olive oil – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🥘 Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the casarecce until al dente.
  • 🔥 Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the prawns until they turn pink and opaque.
  • 🧄 Add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes to the pan, cooking until tomatoes soften.
  • 🦞 Stir in the chopped lobster, cooked pasta, and lemon juice, tossing gently to coat.
  • ✨ Season with salt and pepper, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
