- 🍗 Chicken thighs – 2, boneless and skinless
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍯 Mirin – 2 tbsp
- 🍚 Sake – 1 tbsp (optional)
- 🧅 Green onions – chopped, for garnish
- 🍙 Cooked rice – for serving
Instructions
- 🔪 Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- 🥣 In a bowl, marinate the chicken with soy sauce, mirin, and sake for at least 15 minutes.
- 🍳 Heat a pan over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- 🍚 Serve the chicken over rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
