Ingredients

  • 🍝 Spaghetti – 200g
  • 🦪 Mixed seafood – 300g (mussels, clams, shrimp, squid)
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🍅 Cherry tomatoes – 200g, halved
  • 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – to taste
  • 🌿 Fresh parsley – chopped
  • 🍷 White wine – 1/4 cup (optional)
  • 🫒 Olive oil
  • 🧂 Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • 🧄 Sauté garlic in olive oil, add red pepper flakes.
  • 🍅 Add cherry tomatoes, cook until softened.
  • 🍷 Deglaze with white wine (optional), let it reduce.
  • 🦪 Add seafood, cook until opened/pink. Discard any unopened shellfish.
  • 🍝 Cook spaghetti al dente, toss with sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.
