Ingredients
- 🍝 Spaghetti – 200g
- 🦪 Mixed seafood – 300g (mussels, clams, shrimp, squid)
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🍅 Cherry tomatoes – 200g, halved
- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – to taste
- 🌿 Fresh parsley – chopped
- 🍷 White wine – 1/4 cup (optional)
- 🫒 Olive oil
- 🧂 Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 🧄 Sauté garlic in olive oil, add red pepper flakes.
- 🍅 Add cherry tomatoes, cook until softened.
- 🍷 Deglaze with white wine (optional), let it reduce.
- 🦪 Add seafood, cook until opened/pink. Discard any unopened shellfish.
- 🍝 Cook spaghetti al dente, toss with sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.
