Ingredients

  • 🌾 Bread flour – 250g
  • 💧 Water – 160ml
  • 🍶 Salt – 5g
  • 🍚 Sugar – 15g
  • 🧈 Unsalted butter – 20g
  • ⚡ Instant dry yeast – 3g
  • 🧂 Coarse sea salt – for topping

Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine flour, water, salt, sugar, butter, and yeast in a bowl and knead until smooth.
  • ⏳ Let dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  • 🔪 Divide dough into 6 equal portions and roll each into a thin, elongated shape.
  • 🥐 Roll each piece tightly into a crescent shape and place on a baking sheet.
  • 🔥 Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with coarse sea salt. Bake at 390°F (200°C) for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
