Ingredients
- 🧊 Absinthe – for rinsing
- 🥃 Rye Whiskey – 2 oz

- 💧 Peychaud's Bitters – 3 dashes
- 🍋 Lemon peel – for garnish
Instructions
- 🧊 Chill a rocks glass with ice.
- 🍸 In a separate glass, muddle sugar cube with bitters.
- 🥃 Add rye whiskey to the mixing glass and stir.
- ✨ Empty the ice from the chilled glass and rinse with absinthe.
- 🍋 Strain the whiskey mixture into the absinthe-rinsed glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
