Ingredients
- 🥒 Cucumber – diced

- 🌿 Fresh herbs (dill, parsley) – chopped
- 🍋 Lemon juice – to taste
- 💧 Water or vegetable broth – as needed
- 🧂 Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🔪 Prepare all vegetables by washing and dicing them into small, uniform pieces.
- 🥣 In a large bowl, combine the diced cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper, and red onion.
- 🌿 Add the chopped fresh herbs (dill and parsley) to the vegetable mixture.
