Instructions
- 🔥 Prepare the dough and bake the creampuffs until golden.
- 🥣 Make the pastry cream with milk and sugar, add taro puree.
- 🥚 Combine mashed salted egg yolks with the taro cream.
- 🍥 Fill the cooled creampuffs with the salted egg yolk taro cream.
- ✨ Sprinkle pork floss on top of filled creampuffs and serve.
