Ingredients
- 🥛 Full-fat milk – 1 liter
- 🍜 Faluda sev (vermicelli) – 1/2 cup
- 🍬 Sugar – 1/2 cup
- 🌿 Sabja seeds (basil seeds) – 1 tbsp soaked
- 🌹 Rooh Afza or Rose syrup – 4 tbsp
- 🥜 Mixed nuts – chopped for garnish
Instructions
- 🥛 Simmer milk in a heavy-bottomed pan, stirring occasionally until it reduces to half (Rabri).
- 🍜 Boil the faluda sev in water until soft, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- 🍯 Stir sugar into the thickened milk and let it cool completely in the refrigerator.
- 🥣 Layer the bottom of serving glasses with soaked basil seeds, cooked sev, and rose syrup.
- ✨ Pour the chilled rabri over the layers, top with nuts, and serve immediately.
