Ingredients
- 🫘 Kidney Beans (Rajma) – soaked overnight
- 🍚 Rice (Chawal)
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste
- 🌶️ Spices (cumin, coriander, chili powder)
- 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish
Instructions
- 🍲 Pressure cook kidney beans until soft.
- 🧅 Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste until golden.
- 🍅 Add tomato puree, spices and cook well.
- 🥘 Mix cooked kidney beans and simmer.
- 🍚 Serve hot with cooked rice and cilantro.
