Ingredients

  • 🫘 Kidney Beans (Rajma) – soaked overnight
  • 🍚 Rice (Chawal)
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste
  • 🌶️ Spices (cumin, coriander, chili powder)
  • 🌿 Cilantro – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🍲 Pressure cook kidney beans until soft.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste until golden.
  • 🍅 Add tomato puree, spices and cook well.
  • 🥘 Mix cooked kidney beans and simmer.
  • 🍚 Serve hot with cooked rice and cilantro.
