Ingredients
- 2 large Portobello mushrooms 🍄
- 2 tbsp Sambal oelek 🌶️
- 2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
- 1 tbsp soy sauce 🍶
- 1 tbsp honey 🍯
- 1 tbsp lime juice 🍋
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil 🌻
- Cilantro for garnish (optional)🌿
- Salt to taste 🧂
Instructions
- Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems. Gently scrape out the gills. 🍄
- In a small bowl, mix together the sambal oelek, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice. 🌶️🧄🍶🍯🍋
- Brush the mushroom caps with vegetable oil. 🌻
- Spoon the sambal mixture into the mushroom caps, ensuring they are evenly coated. 🥄
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 🌡️
- Place the filled mushroom caps on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender. ⏲️
