Charred Chilli Garlic Edamame

Ingredients

  • 🌱 Edamame – 1 bag (shelled or in pods)
  • 🌶️ Chilli flakes – 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan or wok until smoking hot.
  • 🧄 Add garlic and chilli flakes, sauté until fragrant.
  • 🌱 Add edamame and toss to coat with the garlic chilli oil.
  • 🍶 Add soy sauce and continue to stir fry until edamame is slightly charred.
  • ✨ Serve immediately and garnish (optional).
