Ingredients
- 🌱 Edamame – 1 bag (shelled or in pods)
- 🌶️ Chilli flakes – 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a pan or wok until smoking hot.
- 🧄 Add garlic and chilli flakes, sauté until fragrant.
- 🌱 Add edamame and toss to coat with the garlic chilli oil.
- 🍶 Add soy sauce and continue to stir fry until edamame is slightly charred.
- ✨ Serve immediately and garnish (optional).
