Ingredients

  • 🌿 Spinach (Palak) – 2 cups chopped
  • 🧀 Paneer – 100g cubed
  • 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomato – 1 medium, pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Green chili – 1, finely chopped
  • 🥄 Cream – 2 tbsp
  • 🧂 Spices (Turmeric, Chili powder, Garam masala) – 1 tsp each

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a pan, add onion and sauté until golden brown.
  • 🧄 Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili, sauté for a minute.
  • 🍅 Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
  • 🌿 Add spinach and spices, cook until spinach wilts.
  • 🧀 Add paneer and cream, simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot with roti or rice. ✨
