Ingredients

  • 🍅 Tomatoes – finely chopped
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – minced
  • 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
  • 🫘 Chickpeas – boiled
  • 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and cubed
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – to taste
  • 🌶️ Chaat masala – to taste
  • 🫙 Tamarind chutney – to taste
  • 🫓 Sev – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🍅 In a bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, onions, green chilies, and cilantro.
  • 🥔 Add boiled chickpeas and potatoes to the tomato mixture.
  • 🌶️ Sprinkle chaat masala, add tamarind chutney, and lemon juice to taste. Mix well.
  • 🥣 Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with sev.
  • 🥄 Serve immediately and enjoy!
