Ingredients
- 🍅 Tomatoes – finely chopped
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – minced
- 🌿 Cilantro – chopped
- 🫘 Chickpeas – boiled
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and cubed
- 🍋 Lemon juice – to taste
- 🌶️ Chaat masala – to taste
- 🫙 Tamarind chutney – to taste
- 🫓 Sev – for garnish
Instructions
- 🍅 In a bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, onions, green chilies, and cilantro.
- 🥔 Add boiled chickpeas and potatoes to the tomato mixture.
- 🌶️ Sprinkle chaat masala, add tamarind chutney, and lemon juice to taste. Mix well.
- 🥣 Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with sev.
- 🥄 Serve immediately and enjoy!
