Ingredients

  • 🌾 Maida (All-purpose flour) – 1 cup
  • 🫘 Moong dal – 1/2 cup (soaked)
  • 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • 🥭 Amchur (dry mango powder) – 1/2 tsp
  • 🛢️ Oil – for frying
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 Prepare the dough with maida, oil, and water. Keep aside.
  • 🔥 Grind soaked moong dal with spices to make a paste.
  • 🥟 Make small balls from the dough, fill with dal mixture, and flatten.
  • ♨️ Deep fry the kachoris on medium heat until golden brown.
  • 🍽️ Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
