Ingredients
- 🌾 Maida (All-purpose flour) – 1 cup
- 🫘 Moong dal – 1/2 cup (soaked)
- 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- 🥭 Amchur (dry mango powder) – 1/2 tsp
- 🛢️ Oil – for frying
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare the dough with maida, oil, and water. Keep aside.
- 🔥 Grind soaked moong dal with spices to make a paste.
- 🥟 Make small balls from the dough, fill with dal mixture, and flatten.
- ♨️ Deep fry the kachoris on medium heat until golden brown.
- 🍽️ Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
