Ingredients
- 🌾 Maida (All-purpose flour) – 2 cups
- 🫘 Moong dal (Yellow lentils) – 1 cup, soaked
- 🌶️ Spices (Chili powder, coriander powder) – 2 tsp
- 🫚 Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 💧 Oil – for deep frying
Instructions
- 🥣 Prepare the dough with maida, oil, and water. Let it rest.
- 🔥 Grind soaked moong dal with spices and ginger-garlic paste to make a coarse mixture.
- 🥟 Make small balls from the dough, stuff with moong dal mixture, and flatten into kachoris.
- ♨️ Deep fry the kachoris on medium heat until golden brown and crispy.
- ✨ Serve hot with chutney or aloo sabzi.
