Ingredients

  • 🍜 Rice noodles – flat, medium width
  • 🦪 Mussels or clams - fresh

  • 🌿 Bean sprouts – fresh

  • 🍋 Lime wedges – for serving
  • 🌶️ Chili flakes – to taste

Instructions

  • 🍜 Soak rice noodles in warm water until softened.
  • 🦪 Stir-fry mussels or clams with garlic and a little oil.
  • 🥚 Push seafood to the side, add egg, and scramble lightly.
  • 🌿 Add noodles, bean sprouts, and Pad Thai sauce; stir-fry until well combined.
