Ingredients
- 🍝 Spaghetti – 200g
- 🐖 Morcilla – 200g, sliced
- 🧅 Onion – 1 medium, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Chili flakes – to taste
- 🌿 Parsley – chopped, for garnish
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – grated, for serving

Instructions
- 💧 Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- 🔥 In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- 🐖 Add morcilla and chili flakes, cook until browned and crisp.
- 🍝 Toss cooked spaghetti with morcilla mixture.
