Ingredients

  • 🍚 Rice – long grain
  • 🧅 Onion – chopped
  • 🫑 Bell pepper – diced
  • 🍅 Tomato – diced
  • 🌽 Corn – kernels
  • 🌶️ Chili powder – to taste
  • 🌿 Cilantro – chopped

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onion and bell pepper in oil until softened.
  • 🍚 Add rice and cook for a minute, then add tomato and corn.
  • 🌶️ Stir in chili powder and other spices.
  • 💧 Add water or broth and bring to a boil, then simmer until rice is cooked.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro and serve hot on a platter.
