Ingredients
- 🍚 Rice – long grain
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🫑 Bell pepper – diced
- 🍅 Tomato – diced
- 🌽 Corn – kernels
- 🌶️ Chili powder – to taste

Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onion and bell pepper in oil until softened.
- 🍚 Add rice and cook for a minute, then add tomato and corn.
