  • 🍋 Lemon Juice – fresh
  • 🥄 Tahini – good quality
  • 🫒 Olive Oil – extra virgin
  • 🍄 Truffle Oil – to taste
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 💧 Water – as needed

Instructions

  • 🌱 Steam or boil edamame until tender.
  • 🥣 Combine edamame, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, and olive oil in a food processor.
  • ⚙️ Process until smooth, adding water to reach desired consistency.
  • 🍄 Stir in truffle oil and season with salt.
