Ingredients
- 🌱 Edamame – shelled
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🍋 Lemon Juice – fresh
- 🥄 Tahini – good quality
- 🫒 Olive Oil – extra virgin
- 🍄 Truffle Oil – to taste
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 💧 Water – as needed
Instructions
- 🌱 Steam or boil edamame until tender.
- 🥣 Combine edamame, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, and olive oil in a food processor.
- ⚙️ Process until smooth, adding water to reach desired consistency.
- 🍄 Stir in truffle oil and season with salt.
