Ingredients

  • 🧂 Mustard seeds and Hing – for tadka

Instructions

  • 🥣 Prepare a classic Sambar by boiling vegetables with tamarind pulp and dal.
  • 🍳 Temper mustard seeds, hing, and curry leaves in oil to add to the Sambar.
  • 🍚 Serve a generous portion of steamed rice with the prepared Sambar.
  • 🥛 Include a side of fresh yogurt or curd rice to balance the meal.
  • ✨ Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with papadums.
