Ingredients

  • 🍚 Dosa Batter – 2 cups
  • 💧 Water – as needed
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🛢️ Oil – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat a flat griddle or pan.
  • 💧 Add water to dosa batter if too thick, mix well.
  • 🛢️ Grease the hot pan with oil.
  • 🥣 Pour a ladleful of batter and spread into a thin circle.
  • 🍳 Cook until golden brown and crisp, flip and cook the other side. Serve hot.
