Ingredients
- 🍚 Dosa Batter – 2 cups
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🛢️ Oil – for cooking
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat a flat griddle or pan.
- 💧 Add water to dosa batter if too thick, mix well.
- 🛢️ Grease the hot pan with oil.
- 🥣 Pour a ladleful of batter and spread into a thin circle.
- 🍳 Cook until golden brown and crisp, flip and cook the other side. Serve hot.
