Ingredients
- 🍗 Chicken – 500g, curry cut
- 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, thinly sliced
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- 🥣 Yogurt – ½ cup, whisked
- 🥜 Cashew Paste – 2 tbsp for creaminess
- 🧂 Spices – Cardamom, black pepper, and salt
- 🌿 Fresh Cream – 2 tbsp
- 🧈 Ghee – 2 tbsp for cooking
Instructions
- 🍗 Marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and salt for 20 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat ghee in a pan and sauté onions until they are soft and translucent.
- 🥘 Add the marinated chicken and cashew paste, cooking on medium heat until the oil separates.
- 💧 Pour in a splash of water, cover, and simmer until the chicken is tender and the gravy is thick.
- ✨ Stir in the fresh cream and crushed black pepper, then garnish and serve warm.
