Ingredients

  • 🍗 Chicken – 500g, curry cut
  • 🧅 Onions – 2 medium, thinly sliced
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🥣 Yogurt – ½ cup, whisked
  • 🥜 Cashew Paste – 2 tbsp for creaminess
  • 🧂 Spices – Cardamom, black pepper, and salt
  • 🌿 Fresh Cream – 2 tbsp
  • 🧈 Ghee – 2 tbsp for cooking

Instructions

  • 🍗 Marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and salt for 20 minutes.
  • 🔥 Heat ghee in a pan and sauté onions until they are soft and translucent.
  • 🥘 Add the marinated chicken and cashew paste, cooking on medium heat until the oil separates.
  • 💧 Pour in a splash of water, cover, and simmer until the chicken is tender and the gravy is thick.
  • ✨ Stir in the fresh cream and crushed black pepper, then garnish and serve warm.
