Ingredients
- 🥛 Colostrum Milk (Junnu Paalu) – 1 cup
- 🥛 Full Cream Milk – 2 cups
- 🍯 Jaggery – 1 cup grated
- 🧂 Black Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
- 🌿 Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix colostrum milk, whole milk, and grated jaggery in a large bowl until fully dissolved.
- ✨ Filter the mixture using a sieve to remove impurities and stir in pepper and cardamom powder.
- ♨️ Pour the liquid into a deep steel vessel and place it inside a steamer or pressure cooker.
- 💨 Steam on medium heat for 20–25 minutes until the pudding sets into a firm cake.
- 🧊 Let it cool to room temperature or refrigerate before slicing to serve chilled.
