Ingredients

  • 🐟 Fish fillets – 1 lb, cooked and flaked
  • 🍞 Large buns – 4
  • 🥬 Lettuce – for topping
  • 🧅 Onion – thinly sliced
  • 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
  • 🌿 Fresh herbs (dill, parsley) – chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • 🐟 Cook and flake the fish. Mix with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • 🧅 Sauté onions until softened.
  • 🍞 Slice the buns in half and lightly toast them.
  • 🥬 Layer lettuce, fish mixture, and sautéed onions on the bottom bun.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
