Ingredients
- 🐟 Fish fillets – 1 lb, cooked and flaked
- 🍞 Large buns – 4
- 🥬 Lettuce – for topping
- 🧅 Onion – thinly sliced
- 🍋 Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
- 🌿 Fresh herbs (dill, parsley) – chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- 🐟 Cook and flake the fish. Mix with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 🧅 Sauté onions until softened.
- 🍞 Slice the buns in half and lightly toast them.
- 🥬 Layer lettuce, fish mixture, and sautéed onions on the bottom bun.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
