Ingredients
- 🥩 Beef short ribs – 2 lbs
- 🧅 Onion – 1/2, grated
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 1/2 cup
- 🍐 Asian pear – 1/4, grated
- 🍯 Honey – 2 tbsp
- 🌱 Green onions – for garnish
- sesame oil - 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🔪 Score the beef ribs and marinate with grated onion, garlic, soy sauce, pear, honey, and sesame oil.
- ⏰ Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- 🔥 Preheat grill or pan to medium-high heat.
- ♨️ Grill or pan-fry the marinated ribs for about 5-7 minutes per side, until cooked through.
- 🌱 Garnish with green onions and serve immediately with rice and side dishes.
