Ingredients

  • 🦀 Crab – cleaned and halved

  • 🍚 Cornstarch

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large pan.
  • 🦀 Add crab pieces and stir-fry until they turn red.
  • 🧅 Add garlic, ginger, onions, and chili peppers; sauté until fragrant.
  • 🍶 Add soy sauce and a cornstarch slurry for thickening; stir well.
  • 🌿 Garnish with cilantro or green onions and serve hot with rice.
