Ingredients
- 🍚 Glutinous rice flour – 1 cup
- 💧 Water – lukewarm
- 🫘 Sweet filling (red bean paste, sesame paste, etc.) – to taste
- 🧊 Sweetened soup base (e.g., osmanthus soup, syrup) – as needed
- 🥭 Fruits – diced (optional)
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix glutinous rice flour with lukewarm water to form a smooth dough.
- 🤏 Roll small portions of dough into balls, stuff with sweet filling.
- ♨️ Cook tangyuan in boiling water until they float.
- ❄️ Transfer cooked tangyuan to an ice bath to cool.
- 🍧 Serve cold tangyuan in sweetened soup base, topped with fruits.
