Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked rice – 2 cups
  • 🧄 Garlic – lots, minced
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌱 Green onions – for garnish
  • 🫘 Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or large pan.
  • 🧄 Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant and slightly burnt.
  • 🧅 Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  • 🍚 Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mix well.
  • 🌱 Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
