Ingredients
- 🦞 Balmain bugs – 2 whole
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🍋 Lemon – 1, juiced
- 🌿 Parsley – chopped, for garnish
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🌶️ Chili flakes – to taste (optional)
Instructions
- 🔪 Prepare the Balmain bugs by splitting them in half lengthwise.
- 🔥 Melt butter in a pan over medium heat, add garlic and chili flakes (if using).
- 🦞 Place Balmain bug halves cut-side down in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until the flesh is opaque.
- 🍋 Squeeze lemon juice over the bugs and cook for another minute.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
