  • 🍷 Red wine – dry
  • 🍅 Canned tomatoes – crushed
  • 🥛 Milk – whole milk
  • 🌿 Fresh basil – chopped
  • 🧀 Parmesan cheese – grated

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onion, carrots, and celery in olive oil until softened.
  • 🥩 Add ground beef and pancetta; brown evenly, breaking up large clumps.
  • 🍷 Deglaze with red wine and let it reduce.
  • 🍅 Stir in crushed tomatoes, milk, and seasonings. Simmer for at least 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
