- 🌿 Awadhi Spice Blend (Cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamon) – 1 tablespoon
- 🥘 Ghee or Oil – 3 tablespoons
- 🥛 Saffron milk – 2 tablespoons
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate the meat in yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and aromatic spices for at least 30 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan and sauté the marinated meat until browned.
- 🧅 Add the fried onions and a splash of water, covering the pan to cook on low heat until tender.
- ✨ Drizzle with saffron milk and let it simmer for a final 5 minutes to infuse the delicate flavors.
